40% lighter than PLA, tougher than ABS, and more chemically resistant than Nylon — MINGDA PP, engineered for lightweight, flexible structures. Excellent mechanical and physical properties after printed as a part.
Note: For optimal adhesion and to minimize warping, apply a thin, even layer of PP-specific adhesive onto the clean print bed. Heat the bed to 60–80°C for about 10 minutes to cure the coating, then allow the bed to return to room temperature before printing.
